Refund policy - events

If you find that you are unable to attend your course, please contact us as soon as possible. You may be able to transfer your place to a future course - please contact us at info@acet-uk.com to discuss this option.

If you are unable to attend a future course, our refund policy is as follows:

  • A full refund, minus a £25 administration fee, will be issued if more than 30 days notice is given.
  • Where between 20 to 30 days' notice is given, 50% of the course fee will be refunded.
  • Where notice of cancellation is given within 19 days of the start of the course, no refund will be given.

The above refund policy also applies to other paid events such as conferences and bespoke training.
