The Prince of Wales was among the guests at a special Service of Thanksgiving at Westminster Abbey in June to celebrate the giving of over £100 million to good causes by the Benefact Group.
acet UK was one of hundreds of charities represented at the service to celebrate the remarkable difference they make in their communities.
Thanks to being nominated by you, along with 29 other charities, acet UK was chosen by a panel of judges to receive £10,000 last year from Ecclesiastical Insurance of the Benefact Group as part the Movement for Good Awards.
CEO, Catherine said, “It was so wonderful to attend and see what a difference the £100 million the Benefact Group has given to charitable causes is making.
And we are thrilled to have received even more great news from the group since the Thanksgiving Service!! The Benefact Trust have awarded us an amazing £120,000 grant split over the next 3 years to help fund our expansion into primary relationships education.”
